Arielle Basile is Assistant Director of the Ravinia Steans Music Institute (RSMI), an international destination of immersive study and performance for young professional pianists and string players, classical singers, and jazz musicians. A dedicated and passionate supporter of the arts, Arielle has a decade of experience as an arts administrator, starting her tenure at RSMI as Operations Manager, and previously working with the Knoxville Opera Company in Tennessee and the Janiec Opera Company at the Brevard Music Center in North Carolina.

A native of Chicagoland, Arielle received her Bachelors of Music from the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying under Julia Faulkner, and her Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from Boston University under Dr. Lynn Eustis, singing professionally with the Chicago Grant Park Chorus, Knoxville Opera, Madison Opera Chorus, Opera for the Young, Endstation Theatre Company, Lowell House Opera, and the Juventas New Music Ensemble. Arielle has served on the Employer Advisory Board of the College Career Consortium of Illinois since 2019, and is an active member of Ravinia Festival’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
